The Don Bosco Foundation of Cambodia runs different programs for children, women and young people from poverty-stricken communities of the Kingdom.  The Salesian Sisters run three technical schools for girls in Phnom Penh and Battambang, while the Don Bosco Children Fund works in getting children back to school while sustaining their families. THE SECTIONS OF THE DON BOSCO TECHNICAL SCHOOL OF SIHANOUKVILLE


DonBoscoTech is divided in six technical sections with their own workshops. administrative offices and full educational facilities. Students go
through their curricula for two years. At the end they receive a certificate qualifying them as professional technicians in particular field.

The certifications of the Don Bosco schools are officially recognized by he Ministry of Education of the Royal Government of Cambodia .

The sections at the Sihanoukville' s DonBoscoTech are the following:

  1. Automotive.
  2. Electrical.
  3. Welding.
  4. Mechanic.
  5. Social Communication.
  6. Secretarial (female only).

During their courses, the students can practice their future profession in the sections' s workshop, or in works commissioned by external customers;
they contribute, in this way,to support the school's educational programs and  to the development of the city.
