The Don Bosco Technical School Oupram Village, Sihanoukville (Sihanouk Province) opens inscriptions in August for the academic year 2011-2012 for these sections:

  1. Front office (hotel school, males and females)
  2. Restaurant (hotel school, males and females)
  3. Housekeeping (hotel school, males and females)
  4. Food and beverage service (hotel school, males and females)
  5. Industrial mechanic (technical school, men)
  6. Electricity (technical school, men)
  7. Auto mechanic (technical school, men)
  8. Audiovisual and journalism (technical school, males and females)
  9. Web development and journalism (technical school, males and females)
  10. Secretarial (technical school, only for girls)

 

  • Interviews: August 15 -18, 2011 (Monday - Thursday)
  • Exam: August 17, 2011 (Friday)
Persons who come from far provinces, are recommended to come on Thursday 18 for the interviews, so they can stay just one night in Sihanoukville waiting the exam. You can reserve that date with time calling to Teacher Sambo (092.38.62.40). Remember: Only those who come from very far provinces. They can download the inscription form (click here)
Please: If your family can afford to pay the university for you, do not apply to the Don Bosco schools. Let the place to the most vulnerable and poor young people. If you can afford to pay a university, but you apply and pass to Don Bosco, you are taking the place of a young man or young women with more need than you. Help in the development of your own country.
If you apply to Don Bosco and apply to the university at the same time, you are stealing a place for a more needed person. Help Don Bosco to provide education for the poorest only, especially farmers, orphans and young people under any risk.
If your orphanage can afford to provide university for your youth or some of them, please send to Don Bosco only those who will need it. If your organization send young people to study in Don Bosco, please consider the possibility to support Don Bosco too, so the work can afford to continue its mission.

Detail of fees by applying to Don Bosco schools
  • Applying form: 3,000 riels (0.75 US dollars)
  • Uniform (if you pass the exam): 70,000 riels (17.5 US dollars).
  • External students lunch for six months: 120,000 riels (30 US dollars) (20,000 riels per month - 5 US dollars, but you have to pay six months in advance during inscription.)
  • Resident students: 240,000 riels (60 US dollars) (40,000 riels - 10 US dollars per month, but you have to pay six months in advance during incription; it includes three meals per day and lodging.)
  • TOTAL TO PAY AT THE TIME OF INSCRIPTION: Resident students: 310,000 riels (77,5 US dollars) / External students: 190,000 riels (47.5 US dollars)
  • Notice:There is not devolution of payments.
